
Vickie L. Evans
Vickie Lynell Evans is the author of the motivational self-help guide,
The Art of Forgiving. Each chapter paints a picture of the importance
of forgiving, establishing positive and lasting relationships, and loving
God and yourself by expelling inhibiting emotions.
She is one of the recipients of the first Voices of Women award presented
by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and Delta Education and Public Services
to women who have made significant contributions to Prince William County,
Virginia.
Vickie is an ordained Elder at New Life Anointed Ministries International
(referred to as The Life), in Woodbridge, Virginia, under
the covering of Bishop Eugene Victory Reeves and Evangelist Ollie Reeves.
As a servant leader, she has assisted in ministry in various capacity
at The Life to include Director of Worship, Noon Day Prayer
Facilitator, Member of the Executive Administration Team, Legacy Leadership
Team Leader for the Kingdom Building campaign, Teacher of New Members
Course, and Newsletter Editor. Currently she is serving as the trailblazer
of a new ministry entitled Life After Divorce, a support group designed
to help divorcees establish a physically and spiritually balanced lifestyle.
Elder Evans was favored to bring forth in her womb three wonderful children
(Kyeisha Washington, and Richie and Jonathan Richardson,). As an extension
to her blessing, she has added one son-in-law. (Michael Washington).
She recently moved from Woodbridge, Virginia and now resides in Fredricksburg,
Virginia. Her additional talents include playwriting, poetry, choir
directing, conference facilitating, and shopping.
